The Full Moon in Libra, exact at 3:19PM ET, is the only exact aspect of the day. It suggests that needs of the individual vs. the needs of relationship at up for illumination and/or release. If you know where 18 degrees of Libra and Aries fall in your horoscope, that is the area of your own personal world where you can expect illumination, release or an interesting development.
The Sabian Symbol for the Full Moon is 18 Libra is “two men placed under arrest” opposing the Sun at 18 Aries (Sabian Symbol: “an empty hammock”).
